This month, we introduce you simple recipes, but look like very gorgeous dishes, suitable for St. Valentine’s recipe!

1. Spaghetti with Oyster and Rocket

From September to February, Oyster becomes into the best season! And its nourishment is various Amino acids, Vitamins, and Minerals.
Above all, Taurine is of much note. Taurine is one of Amino acid, and is needed for proper maintenance and functioning of skeletal muscles. There is also evidence that taurine is beneficial for adult human blood pressure and possibly, the alleviation of other cardiovascular ailments.
This recipe is very easy, so it is suitable for beginners!

2. Pot pie with vegetables stew

The inside of pot pie is vegetables stew with white sauce. Cut vegetables and bacon into dice, and stew it, and add white sauce which is use milk instead of fresh cream, for cutting off its calories.
On the top of pot pie, we use frozen pastry sheet, so very easy to wrap vegetable stew, and look like gorgeous French restaurant’s menu!

One of ingredient of vegetables stew, broccoli is seasonal vegetable in winter and summer.
So seasonal broccoli, which is growing out doors becomes very sweet. Broccoli is high in vitamins C, K, and A, as well as dietary fiber; it also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties, such as diindolylmethane and small amounts of selenium.

Frozen pastry sheet in the shape of a heart decorate a top of pot pie, it is your hot message to your sweet heart!

This month, we introduce you New Year’s Dishes that use lots of seasonal vegetable and fruit for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome. These Japanese style recipes go well with Japanese sake and White wine!

1. Chicken fillets and Satsuma with Mustard dressing.

Hollowing a flesh out of Satsuma(mandarin orange) and its skin use for vessel. It is just like winter recipe and suitable for New Year’s Dishes !
Sprinkle with white wine on breast fillets, and heat up in a microwave, and break up it into pieces, then it will be ready.
Make Mustard dressing with whole-grain mustard, juice of Satsuma, and Olive oil, and toss with breast fill, and serve into skin vessel!

This easy and handsome recipe is suit for hors d’oeuvre of New Year’s Dishes! It is good for a dish eaten with sake or White wine also.

2.Capelin, pickled in vinegar flavored with chili and onion.

Cut colorful vegetables, such as Red and Yellow and Green peppers and dipped with broiled capelin into vinegar flavored with chili, onion and sliced lemon. Sliced lemon flavor will remove odor left by capelin, and nice flavor of capelin penetrate into vegetables.
It goes well Sake very much! We recommend that to add this recipe for New Year’s Dishes, because New Year’s Dishes become to lack of vegetables.

3.Rolled omelet with vegetables and crabmeat.

Carrot, bean-starch vermicelli, string bean and crabmeat make Rolled omelet colorful and healthy!
Boiled ingredients, cut into fine chopping, mix well egg mixture, so it will be easy way to make soft rolled omelet.
You will enjoy the sweetness from vegetables and crabmeat!

This month, we introduce you the vegetarian recipe that use lots of seasonal vegetable for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome. 
These Japanese style recipes go well with Japanese sake and White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.

1. Aubergine with MENTAIKO(spicy cod roe) dressing

The Japanese proverbial phrase saying that “Do not serve autumn aubergine for your daughter-in-law”; its meaning is autumn aubergine is so tender and sweet, that you should have it all to yourself.
It is good for a dish eaten with sake or White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.

Nutrition of aubergine; water 94%, others (Fiber, Vitamins, and Minerals) 6%
Violet pigment of its skin has effects for Anti-oxidizing. So you should have its skin also, for good color scheme of dish and good nutritional value.

2.Soy milk soup with turnip and MIZUNA(Japanese greens) and breast meat.

Turnip and Mizuna go well with soy milk, that taste is peculiar, mild, and rich.
You can swill the smooth soup with sweetness from vegetables and the flavor from breast meat.
At roots of turnip, its contain diastase which helping for gastrointestinal works.
So we recommend you that you should take the whole turnip!

3.Autumn salmon sauté with mushrooms and soy sauce

Flavor of garlic and soy sauce draw out sweetness of mushrooms and autumn salmon.This soy sauce flavor goes well rice, and also bread.

Autumn salmon contains good protein which including a lot of essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Autumn salmon contains a lot of vitamin A , which is improving the immune system, or which is good for health of mucous membrane and skin. Also it contains a lot of vitamin E and niacin, which effect for good circulation. So it is the best ingredient for cold season.
And autumn salmon contains a lot of vitamin B, which is good for easy digestion, and prevent from canker sore, rough skin, and anemia.

This month, we introduce you the vegetarian recipe that use lots of seasonal vegetable for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome. These Japanese style recipes go well with Japanese sake and White wine.

1. Stir-fry with edible chrysanthemum and tofu

There are so many colors of chrysanthemum in fall of Japan.
So we can use edible chrysanthemum for Autumn Japanese dishes. This stir-fry is very simple, and it’s flavored with olive oil and garlic, so you can enjoy it with Japanese sake and white wine.
Edible chrysanthemum effects on;
Release hot flash, For antifebrile and release hyperemia of eyes.
Fit for exhausted eyes that overwork with PC at long autumn night!

2.Japanese style caponata

Caponata (Sicilian: capunata) is a Sicilian aubergine dish, a cooked vegetable salad made from chopped fried eggplant and celery seasoned with sweetened vinegar.
However this Japanese style caponata use autumn seasonal vegetables and flavored with
Red-miso and tomato sauce and curry powder. So these flavors bring out sweetness of vegetables.
One of ingredient with seasonal vegetable is taro. Taro effects on;
Anti-aging, reduce high blood pressure and hypercholesteremia, release constipation
Taro is the best ingredient which makes you more healthy autumn life.

3. Mixed mushrooms rice

In an autumn season, there are so many kinds of mushrooms at market place.
Above all, Shiitake mushroom is main ingredient of Japanese style recipe.
Shiitake mushroom effects on;
Anti-cancer, reduce high blood pressure and hypercholesteremia

Only adding cutting- kelp with mushrooms, you will not need soup stock, so you can make this recipe very quickly. Please enjoy your own version of ingredients for mushrooms rice again and again!

This month, we introduce you the simple Chinese recipe for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome.

1.BANBAN GI(棒棒鶏)

These Chinese characters have meaning of each as follows;
棒:Sticks
鶏:Chicken

So vegetables and chicken are cut and served as sticks.
BANBAN GI is a standard Chinese recipe, served with thick sauce which made from sesame and black sugar.
We use microwave for preparation of chicken, so it will be very easy for beginners.
Leek, ginger, sesame and black sugar are not only giving the great flavor for chicken, but also these ingredients relieve your summer tiredness.
Also these ingredients are key of Anti-Metabolic Syndrome Recipe.

2. Simmered Japanese radish and minced chicken

This simmered dish use wok, and it will be very quick completion.
And also, thicken its broth with starch; we can drink all of the taste exhaustively.
Japanese radish contains an enzyme for assisting digestion, so good for weak stomach after hot summer.

3. Hot and Sour Soup
