For this month, we provide you the Quick recipe that goes well with White Beaujolais Nouveau wine and Red Beaujolais Nouveau wine!

At this month, it is farewell lecture.

1. Pizza with lotus root and MIZUNA(Japanese green)

We use spring roll wrappers for pizza dough. On the first spring roll wrappers, spread beaten eggs, and lay this on the other wrapper, and repeat it.
On the third wrapper, arrange slice of lotus roots and mayonnaise and cheese. And then bake with gas oven for only 8 minutes.
You can enjoy only crispy taste of lotus roots and periphery of wrappers, but also chewy taste of cheese and middle of wrappers.
This pizza goes well with White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.
A lotus root is rich in vitamin C, and its amount of vitamin C is 1.2 times for mandarin. Vitamin C is weak for heat treatment in conventional, but in lotus root, it contain also starch,so it suit for pizza.
And vitamin C helps for preventing of cold, and Anti-ageing of skin.

2. Creamy mushroom soup

Let’s make rich flavor soup with a lot of kinds of mushrooms, which come in autumn!
The point of this recipe is to replace with fresh cream to yoghurt and milk.
So its calories go to low, but breast meat and mushrooms go its volume up.
This creamy soup can use for sauce of pasta or omelet. This creamy soup goes well with White Beaujolais Nouveau wine!

As we provide each of session at SUITENGUU-MAE( TOKYO METRO HANZOMON LINE) normally, but from this month, we can provide you the delivery lessons for your home kitchen if you have more than 2 attendance of same session. Please enjoy your special home lesson!(Only for the first attendance, we do not ask for transportation expenses, just ask for session’s fee.)

This month, we introduce you the vegetarian recipe that use lots of seasonal vegetable for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome. 
These Japanese style recipes go well with Japanese sake and White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.

1. Aubergine with MENTAIKO(spicy cod roe) dressing

The Japanese proverbial phrase saying that “Do not serve autumn aubergine for your daughter-in-law”; its meaning is autumn aubergine is so tender and sweet, that you should have it all to yourself.
It is good for a dish eaten with sake or White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.

Nutrition of aubergine; water 94%, others (Fiber, Vitamins, and Minerals) 6%
Violet pigment of its skin has effects for Anti-oxidizing. So you should have its skin also, for good color scheme of dish and good nutritional value.

2.Soy milk soup with turnip and MIZUNA(Japanese greens) and breast meat.

Turnip and Mizuna go well with soy milk, that taste is peculiar, mild, and rich.
You can swill the smooth soup with sweetness from vegetables and the flavor from breast meat.
At roots of turnip, its contain diastase which helping for gastrointestinal works.
So we recommend you that you should take the whole turnip!

3.Autumn salmon sauté with mushrooms and soy sauce

Flavor of garlic and soy sauce draw out sweetness of mushrooms and autumn salmon.This soy sauce flavor goes well rice, and also bread.

Autumn salmon contains good protein which including a lot of essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Autumn salmon contains a lot of vitamin A , which is improving the immune system, or which is good for health of mucous membrane and skin. Also it contains a lot of vitamin E and niacin, which effect for good circulation. So it is the best ingredient for cold season.
And autumn salmon contains a lot of vitamin B, which is good for easy digestion, and prevent from canker sore, rough skin, and anemia.

At this month we can introduce you healthy Japanese sweets for adult, which go well Beaujolais Nouveau wine and tea.
Let’s enjoy these sweets that made without butter, and are mild sweet, as well as colored leaves in autumn!

1. Walnut MANJU

“MANJU” is Japanese style bun stuffed with adzuki-bean paste.
This Walnut MANJU is baked with a gas oven, and stuffed with white bean paste. Crust is moist and top of walnut is crispy! So you can enjoy the different two tastes on one MANJU!
Process of rolling the dough, and wrapping with paste is suitable pleasure for autumn long night.

2. Apple tart with Domyoji powder

We made a romantic tart which arranged with slice of apple like rose petals!
Domyouji powder is one of rice powder. So tart made with Domyouji powder, almond powder, apple juice, white wine, and maple syrup, is as if rice cake!
And the top of tart, which is arranged with apple, and on that, agar syrup is poured for coating. This tart goes well white Beaujolais Nouveau wine!

3.Rum ball with sweet potato and almond

Sweet potatoes that come in autumn are getting very sweet. Mashed sweet potato and almond,raisin, prune and rum mix up with chocolate, and make it as if ball and dust it with poppy seed.
Rich flavor of rum reminds us the autumn season. This rum ball goes well red Beaujolais Nouveau wine!

4.Carrot muffin with fig, lemon peel, and white soybean paste

By adding soybean paste, sweetness of carrot and fig are emphasized.
And fresh flavor of lemon peel neutralize a heavy taste.
We use olive oil instead of butter, so this muffin is made of low calories. It will be good for break fast and refreshment also.
And this muffin goes well tea , coffee, and red Beaujolais Nouveau wine!
