Finally this year and plunge in December, has become a temperature throughout the winter seems to be our care??

Seems to be doing even more time to greet the New Year and East Japan after the earthquake this year, but became a really tough year, sure to bond with people than usual and important year.

It is the good news for peoples who are firmly set on making hand-made OSECHI on this year!

Let’s make your own OSECHI, not sold the Department store nor Supermarket, and easy to make this year!

Introducing dividing 12 products came courses annually in C's Cooking here five years, "seasonal recipes" this month's training, and higher popularity of your four boxes of a traditional OSECHI.

[First BOX]:Assorted refreshments

1. Petit rolled with salmon and cucumber

Sliced cucumber, with sliced salmon, colorful and good Assorted refreshments it is!!
This recipe is good for a beginner, because it will be finish quickly!


2. Mayo salmon and salmon roe radish canapes

Across the radish was refreshing and mellow flavor salmon Mayo tried to canapés!
Perfect for new year's salmon roe grain sparkle like gems red, and a contrast with red and white radish is suitable for new year’s celebration!

3. Egg roll oysters with spinach

Add sweet winter spinach and oysters millstone baked eggs and has shades of a clean cut.
Because each here, cooking materials so its shelf life is quite long!

4.5 Color omelet

Put carrots, gelatin noodles, field pea and crab's body, it looks brilliant, made eggs baked with plenty of team!
Boil before the material, so it will be finish quickly than normal one, and it use for baking pans is very easy way! Sweetness of the material feel in it, and unique handmade deliciousness!

5. Fill beans baked meat loaf

If used beans that you like, such as Edamame, chick pea,etc… and seasoned with red bean paste, it become very healthy meat loaf!
Edamame is good for especially frequently drink alcohol at the year end ! And red bean paste adds the gentle sweetness!
This meat loaf goes well with heavy red wine full-bodied taste!

6. Tuna Mayo stuffed bell peppers

This taste is not only mellow taste of tuna Mayo, but spicery with red pepper, and beginners also make easy!
Is perfect as a Beer-Lover’s snacks!

[Third Box]: vinegar

7. Mandarin orange and chicken tenders with Japanese dressing

Hollow out of orange contents, use skin as a container, is hospitality winter dish!
Add white wine to white meat of a chicken, and heated in the microwave and just unravel!
Grain with orange juice and mustard sauce and olive oil, made dressing for boils, dress to materials, dishing out instrument voila!

8. Carpaccio of red tuna with Chinese yum

Created a perfect red and white color Carpaccio, seat red tuna and white Chinese yum !
Kochijan dressing is tangy and spicy, and with wasabi dressing, let’s enjoy enhanced the tastiest tuna!


9. Citrus sudachi taste of pickled radish and onion

Enjoy the acidity and citrus peculiar refreshing scent, this vinegar is a simple dish to enjoy radishes chewy!

10 Braised garlic pork

Saturated with a soft sweet taste, juicy pork and garlic , you will not stop chopsticks also drinking!
So can be made in a frying pan, does not fail even for beginners!

11.Simple Bang Bang Ji

Bang Bang Ji, one of my favorite, so I was making every year end, to celebrate, taste better as high class Chinese restaurant outdone, can be very easy to crack!
Extra to be used, after the OSECHI –by using of ramen and the other noodles of put on eating too GOOD!

12. Italian Furofuki (Simmered)-radish

In winter season, radish has getting to increase its sweetness.
Original Japanese Furofuki-radish is simmered radish with boiled water, and served with Miso sauce. But this Italian recipe is, radish stew with dried tomatoes and garlic, and served with Miso and Olive oil sauce.
Dry tomato and garlic make good stock, and the taste of this stock brings out the sweetness of radish.
Let’s enjoy Italian and Japanese recipe at your OSECHI!

Here osechi cuisine course schedule is below!

12 / 10 (Saturday): 14: 00-18: 00

With the "Simply-osechi" this year's course, you can choose 3 points out of the recipe above 12 points or, 4 points, wine or tea.
Each training time and training fee is below.

And because we also use as a relief to the stricken area customers of East Japan after the earthquake, each seminar rates this month than usual 1,000 yen each will be reduced.

At this month, we introduce you easy recipes of Mushrooms omelet and vegetable salad with Fried-Tofu, which are ideal for beginners and Beer-lovers!

1.Mushrooms omelet

Autumn is the best season of Mushrooms. So we use various mushrooms for ingredients of omelet, for putting each the flavor to good account.
This recipe is very easy, but this taste of omelet is luxury!
     
2.Avocado and yam salad with Fried-Tofu and sesame dressing

By using Fried-Tofu, this recipe finishes quickly by only cutting all vegetables, and without draining off Tofu!
A salad with various ingredients wrapped in a soft-textured tofu with a sharp ginger aroma.
Enjoy this salad with ice-cold beer!

1.Spring roll with sweet corn and cheese

By cutting off raw sweet corn, mixing with shredded cheese, and seasoning with curry powder, it becomes all ingredients.
Wrap with wrapper and toast on frying pan, and it will be ready! So this recipe can easily try for beginners!
Enjoy this crisp spring roll with ice-cold beer!
     
2.Spring roll with Mentaiko and ham

This spring roll is easier than Spring roll with sweet corn and cheese, because only need to wrap all ingredients with wrapper, and toast with oven toaster!
Not to fry with oil, so it becomes low calories than fried sprig roll, but crispy taste rise!

3.Green soybeans tofu

By using soymilk and powder agar, harden with green soybeans puree, it becomes fresh and green tofu!
You can feel sweetness of green soybeans tofu than boiled green soybeans!

At this month, we introduce the simple pasta menu for Beer-lovers!

1.Spaghetti with octopus and toasted laver, Japanese style

You can feel the smell of the sea from the sauce of toasted laver and soy sauce. And by adding spicy YUZU-KOSHO this spaghetti become going well with ice-cold beer or stout!
Cut octopus and toss with the sauce and boiling pasta, and it will be ready!
So this recipe can easily try for beginners!
     
2.Boiling eggplant tossed with Mentaiko mayonnaise

Summer is the best season for eggplant!
Peel its rind, eggplant changes its color from violet to peal green. So you can enjoy comparing the color pale green and pink of Mentaiko. Also you can feel fresh lemon aroma with mayonnaise, and green perilla smell!

At this month, we introduce you easy recipe of Asian dishes!
Everyone loves Sweet and Sour, and Hot dishes, that fit the weather in early summer !
These 2 recipes go well with beer very much!

1.Pad Thai

Pad Thai ( the dry, light version) found in the streets of Thailand.
Ingredients of Pad Thai are rice noodles, a lot of bean sprouts and shrimp, so it becomes a hearty dish, but very healthy!

One of ingredient, shrimp is diet food, as high in protein, low-fat, and low-calories.

Also shrimp contains Taurine, which may exert a beneficial effect in preventing diabetes-associated microangiopathy and tubulointerstitial injury in diabetic nephropathy. Taurine acts as a glycation inhibitor also.

And shrimp contains calcium and potassium.

2.Som tam(stir-fried Green papaya salad with paprika)

Green papaya appears on the super market nowadays. Especially it is popular food at OKINAWA in JAPAN and Southeast Asia.

And “Som tam” ; called in Thailand combines the four main tastes of Thai cuisine: sour lime, hot chili, salty fish sauce, and sweetness added by palm sugar.

Green papaya fruit and the tree's latex are both rich in an enzyme called papain, a protease which is useful in tenderizing meat and other proteins

Also, green papaya contains a lot of Vitamin C which hardly resolve by heating than the other one. And Green papaya rich in β-carotene, citric acid, apple acid, and dietary fiber.

Hot taste of Som tam goes well ice-cold beer!!

Boiled dumpling with minced beef and Japanese radish

At this session, we use home made dumpling sheets, so it will be very chewy!
I think boiled dumpling is the best cooking way for tasty dumpling!
Flavored minced beef with Chinese-sake, ginger and sesame oil, and crisp Japanese radish are Key of tasty gravy!

Boiled water of dumpling become into thicken with flour of dumpling, so it will be good for making simple soup with laver and scallion and soy sauce.

This month, we introduce you the simple Chinese recipe for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome.

1.BANBAN GI(棒棒鶏)

These Chinese characters have meaning of each as follows;
棒:Sticks
鶏:Chicken

So vegetables and chicken are cut and served as sticks.
BANBAN GI is a standard Chinese recipe, served with thick sauce which made from sesame and black sugar.
We use microwave for preparation of chicken, so it will be very easy for beginners.
Leek, ginger, sesame and black sugar are not only giving the great flavor for chicken, but also these ingredients relieve your summer tiredness.
Also these ingredients are key of Anti-Metabolic Syndrome Recipe.

2. Simmered Japanese radish and minced chicken

This simmered dish use wok, and it will be very quick completion.
And also, thicken its broth with starch; we can drink all of the taste exhaustively.
Japanese radish contains an enzyme for assisting digestion, so good for weak stomach after hot summer.
