1. Pizza Lotus and potherb mustard

According to Ms. Daughter Kopa (she is one of fortuneteller in JAPAN), this year's lucky food is root vegetables!
On the Valentine's day this year ,we introduce of Lotus, representative of winter root vegetables with easy recipes!

On this pizza dough using the spring roll skin, piled up three beaten eggs and bake for 8 minutes in a gas oven, sprinkle the sliced Lotus root, pizza cheese for completion!
Lotus root with feel and spring roll skin in no longer gone around enjoy crisp flake!

Lotus is rich in vitamin amount equivalent to 1.2 times the mandarin orange included.Vitamin c is weak and heat naturally and heated Lotus root starch quality mainly for is easily decomposed. Vitamin is a nutrient to prevent colds, preventing aging skin and skin help beauty!

2. Cabbage Pie

Cabbage and sliced sausage with butter stir, wrapped in pie is baked, just like delicious Cabbage Pie completed!
This recipe is good for beginner!

Cabbage is ideal as a healthy food to support diets rich in dietary fiber.

1. Soup pasta with red king crab and broccoli

Winter is the best season for red king crab and broccoli, because those tastes are becoming sweet!
By using X’mas colors, red: red king crab, green: broccoli, white: conchiglie (seashells) and cream soup, let’s make delicious X’mas pasta for your party guest!

Red king crab contains Astaxantin, that unlike some carotenoids, is not converted to vitamin A (retinol) in the human body. Too much vitamin A is toxic for a human, but astaxanthin has lower toxicity. It is an antioxidant with a slightly lower antioxidant activity than other carotenoids.

Currently, the primary use for humans is as a food supplement. Research shows that due to astaxanthin's potent antioxidant activity, it may be beneficial in cardiovascular, immune, inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases.
Some research has suggested potential as an anti-cancer agent.Research supports the assumption that it protects body tissues from oxidative damage.


2.Guacamole with shrimp

Guacamole is an avocado-based dip which originated in Mexico. It is traditionally made by mashing ripe avocados with a molcajete (pestle and mortar) with salt. Some recipes call for tomato, onion, garlic, lime juice or lemon juice, and/or seasonings.

We use rind of avocados for vessel, and for constrasting woth green colors of avocado, we add red pepper, red dried tomato, and for adding sweet sents, put coriander.
This objet d’art is good for hors d’oeuver of X’mas party!

High avocado intake has been shown to have a beneficial effect on blood serum cholesterol levels. Specifically, after a seven-day diet rich in avocados, hypercholesterolemia patients showed a 17% decrease in total serum cholesterol levels. These subjects also showed a 22% decrease in both LDL (harmful cholesterol) and triglyceride levels and 11% increase in HDL (helpful cholesterol) levels. Additionally a Japanese team synthesised the four chiral components and identified (2R, 4R)-16-heptadecene-1, 2, 4-triol as the natural antibacterial component.


3. Lasagna with root crops

In this recipe, there are many kinds of root crops, and root crops act warming your body.
And this recipe is fewer calories than original Lasagna recipe, because of using Tofu and White Miso paste instead of White cream.
You can enjoy this recipe as standard recipe in winter season. And this Lasagna goes well with Red wine !

On an icy day, we are eager for grilled dishes!
At this month, we introduce you simple recipes that using seasonal ingredients, 3kinds of grilled dishes.

1. Baked carrots with nuts sauce

If you encounter with sale of carrots, let’s engross all of them!
Fresh and thickish carrots become tender,juicy and sweet after grilled!

Nuts sauce, that made of peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts and barley miso, is also good for dip of stick saladas.

The carrot gets its characteristic and bright orange colour from β-carotene, which is metabolised into vitamin A in humans when bile salts are present in the intestines.

Carrots are also rich in dietary fibre, antioxidants, and minerals. Lack of Vitamin A can cause poor vision, including night vision, and vision can be restored by adding Vitamin A back into the diet. An urban legend says eating large amounts of carrots will allow one to see in the dark.

2.Carrot rice cake

This carrot rice cake made of rice powder and starch. So its chewy taste is good for hors d’oeuver or snack!

3.Joan style with oyster and rocket

Jeon refer to many pancake-like dishes in Korean cuisine. Jeon is made with various ingredients such as sliced meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables depending on the style and mixed with flour batter or coated with egg batter and then pan-fried with oil.

Oysters, especially 'wild', are excellent sources of several minerals, including iron, zinc and selenium, which are often low in the modern diet. They are also an excellent source of Vitamin B12. Oysters are considered the healthiest when eaten raw on the half shell.

Healthy X'mas recipe!

For this month, we provide you the homemade healthy X’mas recipes that go well with White and Red wine! Please enjoy your holiday seasons by these recipes!!

1. Italian Furofuki(Simmered)-radish

In winter season, radish has getting to increase its sweetness.
Original Japanese Furofuki-radish is simmered radish with boiled water, and served with Miso sauce. But this Italian recipe is, radish stew with dried tomatoes and garlic, and served with Miso and Olive oil sauce.
Dry tomato and garlic make good stock, and the taste of this stock brings out the sweetness of radish.
Let’s enjoy Italian and Japanese recipe at your X’mas party!

This month, we introduce you New Year’s Dishes that use lots of seasonal vegetable and fruit for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome. These Japanese style recipes go well with Japanese sake and White wine!

1. Chicken fillets and Satsuma with Mustard dressing.

Hollowing a flesh out of Satsuma(mandarin orange) and its skin use for vessel. It is just like winter recipe and suitable for New Year’s Dishes !
Sprinkle with white wine on breast fillets, and heat up in a microwave, and break up it into pieces, then it will be ready.
Make Mustard dressing with whole-grain mustard, juice of Satsuma, and Olive oil, and toss with breast fill, and serve into skin vessel!

This easy and handsome recipe is suit for hors d’oeuvre of New Year’s Dishes! It is good for a dish eaten with sake or White wine also.

2.Capelin, pickled in vinegar flavored with chili and onion.

Cut colorful vegetables, such as Red and Yellow and Green peppers and dipped with broiled capelin into vinegar flavored with chili, onion and sliced lemon. Sliced lemon flavor will remove odor left by capelin, and nice flavor of capelin penetrate into vegetables.
It goes well Sake very much! We recommend that to add this recipe for New Year’s Dishes, because New Year’s Dishes become to lack of vegetables.

3.Rolled omelet with vegetables and crabmeat.

Carrot, bean-starch vermicelli, string bean and crabmeat make Rolled omelet colorful and healthy!
Boiled ingredients, cut into fine chopping, mix well egg mixture, so it will be easy way to make soft rolled omelet.
