At this month, we introduce you 2 recipes of Japanese style, and good for Halloween party’s menu!

1. Pumpkin balls of tea napkin bag style

We make pumpkin balls, inside is simmered minced chicken of seasoning with honey, ginger, and soy sauce. Tastes of these pumpkin balls are similar to pumpkin croquettes, but these pumpkin balls are not fries, so these calories are fewer.
Pumpkin ball suits with hors d’oeuvre for Halloween party, and goes well with dry white wine!
Pumpkin is rich in VE andβ-carotene, which is Anti-oxidizer, is prevention for arteriosclerosis.
Also β-carotene is in cooperation with VE, prevents from getting cancer, and catching a chill.
This recipe is cooked with microwave oven, so it will be good for beginners!

2.Spaghetti with Japanese mushroom soup

By using some kinds of mushrooms, bacon, and green onion, this mushroom soup is becoming Japanese flavor. But adding Extra Virgin Olive Oil for rich flavor, this spaghetti soup like an Italian dish!
Topping with Mizuna is also producing Japanese style. Mizuna is rich in VC, β-carotene, iron,and calcium.
β-carotene and VC are effecting for preventing from osteoporosis and anemia.
This recipe is not need of long cooking time, so you can cook in the interval of Halloween party!

At this month, we introduce you easy recipes of Mushrooms omelet and vegetable salad with Fried-Tofu, which are ideal for beginners and Beer-lovers!

1.Mushrooms omelet

Autumn is the best season of Mushrooms. So we use various mushrooms for ingredients of omelet, for putting each the flavor to good account.
This recipe is very easy, but this taste of omelet is luxury!
     
2.Avocado and yam salad with Fried-Tofu and sesame dressing

By using Fried-Tofu, this recipe finishes quickly by only cutting all vegetables, and without draining off Tofu!
A salad with various ingredients wrapped in a soft-textured tofu with a sharp ginger aroma.
Enjoy this salad with ice-cold beer!

At this month, Anti-Metabolic Syndrome Recipe coming to twelve times, this means one year’s anniversary !!We will continue to introduce you healthy recipe from

1. Steamed spring clams

Spring is the best season for clams; especially surf clam is becoming big
among spring clams.
We use big shells for dishes. And all ingredients (scallop, ginger, green onion, minced pork) which mixing vigorously put on these shells, and then steam them in a steamer.
Regarded as a fortunate welcoming dish with clam in Japan, especially at spring party!
Surf clams contain a lot of iron for preventing anemia, and also are rich in taurine
for preventing high blood pressure. Taurine is good for improvement of liver
disease and arteriosclerosis. So it would like to say that clams are suitable ingredients for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome Recipe!

2.Egg spring roll

Wrap a lot of simmered vegetables with egg sheet, which cooked thinly, like a spring roll.
By using egg it become satisfied in taste, even if it is using only vegetables,
and become low-calories.
One of ingredient, dried mushroom contains a lot of Vitamine12, which is preventing high blood pressure. Also dried mushroom is so low-calories, that suitable ingredient for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome Recipe!

For this month, we provide you the Quick recipe that goes well with White Beaujolais Nouveau wine and Red Beaujolais Nouveau wine!

At this month, it is farewell lecture.

1. Pizza with lotus root and MIZUNA(Japanese green)

We use spring roll wrappers for pizza dough. On the first spring roll wrappers, spread beaten eggs, and lay this on the other wrapper, and repeat it.
On the third wrapper, arrange slice of lotus roots and mayonnaise and cheese. And then bake with gas oven for only 8 minutes.
You can enjoy only crispy taste of lotus roots and periphery of wrappers, but also chewy taste of cheese and middle of wrappers.
This pizza goes well with White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.
A lotus root is rich in vitamin C, and its amount of vitamin C is 1.2 times for mandarin. Vitamin C is weak for heat treatment in conventional, but in lotus root, it contain also starch,so it suit for pizza.
And vitamin C helps for preventing of cold, and Anti-ageing of skin.

2. Creamy mushroom soup

Let’s make rich flavor soup with a lot of kinds of mushrooms, which come in autumn!
The point of this recipe is to replace with fresh cream to yoghurt and milk.
So its calories go to low, but breast meat and mushrooms go its volume up.
This creamy soup can use for sauce of pasta or omelet. This creamy soup goes well with White Beaujolais Nouveau wine!

This month, we introduce you the vegetarian recipe that use lots of seasonal vegetable for Anti-Metabolic Syndrome. 
These Japanese style recipes go well with Japanese sake and White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.

1. Aubergine with MENTAIKO(spicy cod roe) dressing

The Japanese proverbial phrase saying that “Do not serve autumn aubergine for your daughter-in-law”; its meaning is autumn aubergine is so tender and sweet, that you should have it all to yourself.
It is good for a dish eaten with sake or White Beaujolais Nouveau wine.

Nutrition of aubergine; water 94%, others (Fiber, Vitamins, and Minerals) 6%
Violet pigment of its skin has effects for Anti-oxidizing. So you should have its skin also, for good color scheme of dish and good nutritional value.

2.Soy milk soup with turnip and MIZUNA(Japanese greens) and breast meat.

Turnip and Mizuna go well with soy milk, that taste is peculiar, mild, and rich.
You can swill the smooth soup with sweetness from vegetables and the flavor from breast meat.
At roots of turnip, its contain diastase which helping for gastrointestinal works.
So we recommend you that you should take the whole turnip!

3.Autumn salmon sauté with mushrooms and soy sauce

Flavor of garlic and soy sauce draw out sweetness of mushrooms and autumn salmon.This soy sauce flavor goes well rice, and also bread.

Autumn salmon contains good protein which including a lot of essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Autumn salmon contains a lot of vitamin A , which is improving the immune system, or which is good for health of mucous membrane and skin. Also it contains a lot of vitamin E and niacin, which effect for good circulation. So it is the best ingredient for cold season.
And autumn salmon contains a lot of vitamin B, which is good for easy digestion, and prevent from canker sore, rough skin, and anemia.

At this month we can introduce you healthy sweets for adult, which go well wine and tea.

1. Pumpkin muffin

For end of this month, Halloween’s pumpkin floods out on the street, so we introduce you pumpkin muffin, which is not very sweet, but with flavor of cinnamon and brown sugar bring out pumpkin’s sweetness. This muffin goes well tea and white wine.

2. Avocado and bacon muffin

Muffins are often eaten for breakfast; alternatively, and this muffin also suit for light lunch or supper with coffee or dry white wine. With black olive paste, is adding rich taste.
Avocado contains rich vitamin E, which is effective for anti-ageing, like as beauty serum of cosmetics.

3.Chocolate cake with mushrooms and prune

You may say “ It is ridiculous!!’’, that use mushrooms for chocolate cake! But it is key point that rich taste of baked mushrooms and prune. And for this rich taste, we will not need to add fresh cream, so this chocolate cake is fewer calories than traditional one. This chocolate cake goes well red wine.

4.Autumn seasonal fruit tart

And at this time, we use all of autumn seasonal fruit for tart!
Nice harmony of crispy tart, moist almond cake, and fresh yoghurt cream bring out sweetness of autumn seasonal fruit. This tart goes well tea , coffee, and white wine.

1. Stir-fry with edible chrysanthemum and tofu

There are so many colors of chrysanthemum in fall of Japan.
So we can use edible chrysanthemum for Autumn Japanese dishes. This stir-fry is very simple, and it’s flavored with olive oil and garlic, so you can enjoy it with Japanese sake and white wine.
Edible chrysanthemum effects on;
Release hot flash, For antifebrile and release hyperemia of eyes.
Fit for exhausted eyes that overwork with PC at long autumn night!

2.Japanese style caponata

Caponata (Sicilian: capunata) is a Sicilian aubergine dish, a cooked vegetable salad made from chopped fried eggplant and celery seasoned with sweetened vinegar.
However this Japanese style caponata use autumn seasonal vegetables and flavored with
Red-miso and tomato sauce and curry powder. So these flavors bring out sweetness of vegetables.
One of ingredient with seasonal vegetable is taro. Taro effects on;
