1.Spring roll with sweet corn and cheese

By cutting off raw sweet corn, mixing with shredded cheese, and seasoning with curry powder, it becomes all ingredients.
Wrap with wrapper and toast on frying pan, and it will be ready! So this recipe can easily try for beginners!
Enjoy this crisp spring roll with ice-cold beer!
     
2.Spring roll with Mentaiko and ham

This spring roll is easier than Spring roll with sweet corn and cheese, because only need to wrap all ingredients with wrapper, and toast with oven toaster!
Not to fry with oil, so it becomes low calories than fried sprig roll, but crispy taste rise!

3.Green soybeans tofu

By using soymilk and powder agar, harden with green soybeans puree, it becomes fresh and green tofu!
You can feel sweetness of green soybeans tofu than boiled green soybeans!

If you worry about no losing weight, even though you suffer from summer heat, these 2 recipes are recommendatory for you!
By using seasonal summer vegetables, these recipes are low calories and being healthy!

1. Dried curry pasta with seasonal summer vegetables

If you are losing your appetite by heat exhaustion, you can be a good eater with this curry!
Seasonal summer vegetables (tomato, sweet corn, and okra), mincemeat of chicken and soy sauce make this curry plain but spicy!
Tomato is 19kcal/100g, it is low calories! A bright red color of tomato is Lycopene, and Lycopene has been considered a potential agent for prevention of some type of cancers.
Also Lycopene has 2 times of β-carotene on its antioxidant activity.
This dried curry goes well with rice also!

2.Cold tofu with Okura potage(SURINAGASHI)

SURINAGASHI is one of traditional Japanese cold soup. At this time, okra SURINAGASHI made of okra puree and consommé soup.
Pour vivid green SURINAGASHI on cold tofu and sprinkle red fruit tomato, uncured hum, and extra virgin olive oil, and then it becomes a nice Italian dish!
The place of origin of okra is Africa. Okura is rich in β-carotene, VC, Calcium, and Iron.
Sticky texture of okra has effective for intestinal disorders.
This Italian SURINAGASHI goes well cilled white wine!

You can feel the smell of the sea from the sauce of toasted laver and soy sauce. And by adding spicy YUZU-KOSHO this spaghetti become going well with ice-cold beer or stout!
Cut octopus and toss with the sauce and boiling pasta, and it will be ready!

2.Boiling eggplant tossed with Mentaiko mayonnaise

1. Garnished Sushi with spring vegetables

This month, we introduce you simple recipes, but look like very gorgeous dishes, suitable for St. Valentine’s recipe!

1. Spaghetti with Oyster and Rocket

From September to February, Oyster becomes into the best season! And its nourishment is various Amino acids, Vitamins, and Minerals.
Above all, Taurine is of much note. Taurine is one of Amino acid, and is needed for proper maintenance and functioning of skeletal muscles. There is also evidence that taurine is beneficial for adult human blood pressure and possibly, the alleviation of other cardiovascular ailments.
This recipe is very easy, so it is suitable for beginners!

2. Pot pie with vegetables stew

The inside of pot pie is vegetables stew with white sauce. Cut vegetables and bacon into dice, and stew it, and add white sauce which is use milk instead of fresh cream, for cutting off its calories.
On the top of pot pie, we use frozen pastry sheet, so very easy to wrap vegetable stew, and look like gorgeous French restaurant’s menu!

One of ingredient of vegetables stew, broccoli is seasonal vegetable in winter and summer.
So seasonal broccoli, which is growing out doors becomes very sweet. Broccoli is high in vitamins C, K, and A, as well as dietary fiber; it also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties, such as diindolylmethane and small amounts of selenium.

Frozen pastry sheet in the shape of a heart decorate a top of pot pie, it is your hot message to your sweet heart!

Healthy X'mas Sweets!

At this month we can introduce you healthy sweets for adult, which go well wine and tea. Let’s enjoy these sweets that made without butter, and are mild sweet, as X’mas sweets!

1. Dry Fruits Pound Cake

Every year, I remember English X’mas pudding that land lady made, been on a home stay visit to U.K. for 15years ago. 
That English X’mas pudding contains many dry fruits and brandy. By imitating English X’mas pudding, we make “Japanese X’mas pudding” that use rice powder, soy milk, and many kinds of fruits and nuts!
That taste is as if custard cream, and is slightly sweet.

2. Berry-Berry Mousse

We make X’mas tree with strawberry! By using tofu, rice powder and white wine, this mousse becomes very smooth and rich taste!
On the top of mousse, we decorate strawberry, blueberry, and pretty micro-tomato!
Please enjoy this mousse as healthy X’mas dessert for adult.

3.White X’mas tree

The outside of White X’mas tree decorate with fresh cream, and the inside of it make with white bean paste and rum raison, so you can enjoy 2 different tastes for one tree!
At the base of White X’mas tree, we use tart cup which is trade edition, so this recipe fit for busy people!
You can hear merrily X’mas songs, when you decorate glitter sugar on the top of tree!

4.X’mas tart with banana and caramel

Filling with banana, caramel and walnut has bitterness and sweetness, so you can enjoy rich taste and aroma.
Decorating with fresh cream, pistachio, and powder sugar looks like a tree stump with white snow! This bittersweet X’mas tart produces you an adult X’mas party!
