For Beer-Lovers! Simple Recipe in Summer Vol.3

This course provides you a simple recipe which going well with Beer.
At this month, it is farewell lecture.

Boiled dumpling with minced beef and Japanese radish

At this session, we use home made dumpling sheets, so it will be very chewy!
I think boiled dumpling is the best cooking way for tasty dumpling!
Flavored minced beef with Chinese-sake, ginger and sesame oil, and crisp Japanese radish are Key of tasty gravy!

Boiled water of dumpling become into thicken with flour of dumpling, so it will be good for making simple soup with laver and scallion and soy sauce.

Here is the schedule of these cooking lessons as follows;

1.12th of September(SAT):p.m.18:00~21:00

2. 26th of September(SAT):p.m.17:00~20:00

3. 27th of September(SUN):p.m.17:00~20:00


Fees:6,000 yen(This fees is including the cost of as follows;
dumpling, rice, pickles, beer, dessert, tea )

C’s cooking has 3course of cooking and confectionary lessons monthly basis.

As we provide each of session at SUITENGUU-MAE( TOKYO METRO HANZOMON LINE) normally, but from this month, we can provide you the delivery lessons for your home kitchen if you have more than 2 attendance of same session. Please enjoy your special home lesson!(Only for the first attendance, we do not ask for transportation expenses, just ask for session’s fee.)

Available dates are stated on each description of lessons, but also on this month, we can provide you the delivery lessons at national holidays (from 21st of September to 23rd of September).
