Japanese style healthy sweets fit for your tea party in early autumn!

TOKYO is still hitting the hottest summer after the Second World War!!
At this month, we introduce you Japanese style healthy sweets that remind you the cool wind in early autumn!

1.Green tea custard pudding

You can enjoy that melting taste of this green tea custard pudding in your mouth!!
Also you can heal your heat exhaustion by its bittersweet taste!
By one bite of this green tea custard pudding, you can feel a chilly wind in early autumn!

2. Cassis yokan

Yōkan is a thick jellied dessert made of red bean paste, agar, and sugar. It is usually sold in a block form, and eaten in slices. There are two main types: neri yōkan and mizu yōkan. "Mizu" means "water", and indicates that it is made with more water than usual. Mizu yōkan is often chilled and eaten in summer.

Although most yōkan found in Japan and abroad are typically made with red bean paste, yōkan made from white kidney bean paste (shiro an) are also relatively common. This type of yōkan is milky and translucent with a much milder flavour than that made of red bean paste.

This Cassis yokan is a Mizu yōkan, and made from white kidny bean paste.
Also it is flavoured as sweet-and-sour taste, and colourde as beautiful Bordeaux color, so you can invite the mistake as jewelry!
And this Cassis yokan is off its sugar amount, so it is suitable for who is dieting.

3.Tropical mousse of mango and soy milk

This mousse made of mango that produce Southern country atomospher and soy milk that Japanese ingredients.
All ingredients mix by blender, and add gelatin, and it will be ready!
This recepi suit for beginners!
You can enjoy tropical paradise by having a nibble of this mousse!

Fees: 5000 yen
* At this month, we offer you the Mother’s day special plan that if you have more than 2 attendance of same session, we reduce the session’s fee by 500 yen, and give a hand towel for small present!!


As we provide each of session at SUITENGUU-MAE( TOKYO METRO HANZOMON LINE) normally, but from this month, we can provide you the delivery lessons for your home kitchen if you have more than 2 attendance of same session. Please enjoy your special home lesson!(Only for the first attendance, we do not ask for transportation expenses, just ask for session’s fee.)
