Let’s enjoy your X'mas party with homemade healthy cakes!

At this month, we introduce you 4kinds of X'mas cakes, that are simple, healthy, and delicious recipes.
You can have to surprise your guest of your X’mas party with these lovely cakes!

1. Shortcake with Okara (soy pulp) and strawberry

Okara or soy pulp is a white or yellowish pulp consisting of insoluble parts of the soybean which remain in the filter sack when pureed soybeans are filtered in the production of soy milk. It is part of the traditional cuisines of Japan, Korea, and China, and since the 20th century has also been used in the vegetarian cuisines of Western nations.
Shortcake is typically made with flour, but this time, half of flour replace with okara, this shortcake become slightly wet and low calories.
Also this recipe is using healthy cream for decoration, which half of fresh cream replaces with drained yoghurt.
If your X’mas party’s guests are dieting, you can please your guests greatly!

2. Gateau au chocolate with Okara

This Gateau au chocolate is without flour and chocolate, with Okara and cocoa powder,becoming moist taste.
You have better to bake this cake 1day before X’mas party,because this cake becoming deliciously, by putting 1day after baking.

3.Bitter buche de Noel

Bûche de Noël is a traditional dessert served during the Christmas holidays in France, Belgium, Quebec, Lebanon and several other Christian-populated francophone countries as well as in the UK. As the name indicates, the cake is generally prepared, presented, and garnished so as to look like a log ready for the fire.
The traditional bûche is made from a Génoise or other sponge cake, generally baked in a large, shallow Swiss roll pan, frosted, rolled to form a cylinder, and frosted again on the outside. The most common combination is a basic yellow sponge cake, frosted and filled with chocolate buttercream; however, at this time we use greentea sponge cakes, frosted and filled with bitter chocolate butter cream. So this Bûche de Noël becomes bitter taste than trade edition!

4.Berry-Berry-Berry tart

By using 3 kinds of Berry( blueberry,strawberry,raspberry), this tart becomes the glow shade of red, and aroused your guest of X’mas party!
Sweet-and-sour taste of 3kinds of berry, and healthy yoghurt cream tempted you to go blissful moment!

* At this month, we offer you the Mother’s day special plan that if you have more than 2 attendance of same session, we reduce the session’s fee by 500 yen, and give a hand towel for small present!!


As we provide each of session at SUITENGUU-MAE( TOKYO METRO HANZOMON LINE) normally, but from this month, we can provide you the delivery lessons for your home kitchen if you have more than 2 attendance of same session. Please enjoy your special home lesson!(Only for the first attendance, we do not ask for transportation expenses, just ask for session’s fee.)
